Thread: Which weapon to use to start gaining Heavy weapon experience

Okay guys as the subject says what does a novice commando have to do to gain heavy weapon experience? The launcher pistol gives me pistol xp but thats it. Any help for a new commando would be great. BTW please don't say I have to get one of those correlian destroyer things.....been avoiding the wookie world for a while and have no interest in going there

The Launcher Pistol gives HW xp. If you have a Launcher pistol giving pistol xp, then something is very wrong in the world. lol. I'd check to make sure it's a Launcher pistol and not another pistol that is using the same graphic. You should be able to get the rocket launcher if you are about combat level 22, if that helps.
