even with my krayted impstocked 2.7 speed it still shoots at like9 seconds

Stern i can tell is one of those commandos that eats his breakfast with a combat knife and plays baseball with a proton nade.

Dude, I've never even owned a HAR, been a master commando for maybe 2 minths now, and a commando for 4?

I used the HAR a long time ago. It worked okay against War Gronda on Corellia but the FT was still the way to go.
