No you can not. Fire knockdown is a carbine skill, totally seperate from heavy weapon skills. However you can use BH pistol skills with your launch pistol...

No it doesn't.

"Fire Knockdown" is a Ranged Knockdown. Nothing more.

"Torso Shot" is a health pool shot with Health Fire DOT.

And torso shot is a pistol attack for bounty hunters... The only specials u can do with flame thrower are from commando...

You can also do any generic ranged attack with a Flamethower such as OverchargeShot1 and 2, SuppressionFire, WarningShot, etc.

Too bad none of them are any good.
