Something I've been wondering but never got around to testing. I was wondering if the fire Dots from the flamethrower stuck to a Jedi with MLS and that nasty saber block. With NPC's even though they block the actual attack I'm pretty sure the Dot sticks, wondering if it worked like that on a Knight as well.

If you actually get past the saberblock, then the DoT effects them. If you don't get past it, though, no dice. Saberblock avoids all repercussions from the attack if it activates, including states and DoTs.

When NPCs and other players block/counterattack/dodge then I believe it's possible for states or DoTs to stick, but I don't recall honestly.
