guys i am a novcie commando and everytime i hunt i get attack with everything on me, and i think the reason is that cammandos area attack and thts it. So my question is how do i prevent or avoid this.
Plz tell me ur thoughts

stand 64m away,
equip a rifle
pull 1 baddie towards you
when he is close, switch to your commando weapon.

What if u are a pistoller? ( i am still in the begging stages of pistoller ) i want to solo stuff but dont know a good spot really. seems like its going to be rough but its alot of fun being a commando

equip a tuscan rifle. It doesn't require any rifle boxes to use.

INtresting i gues i will have to try it out. NOw i just have to find a place to do it in and set up a macro. I am not good at setting macro's can someone give me the lowdown please? thx.

im no pre-CU commando, but i only have a fun-macro for my grenades(monty python's Holy Handgrenade quote)...
this would be the best idea... another find idea is to root them all(concussion shot with an AoE-weapon rocks), then switch to your pistol and shoot only one. this might work better once they nerf CS(please note that i do NOT want it to be nerfed... i want to keep those melee-ers at bay at all times 
)

At CL 54 you can use an advanced laser rifle. Everyone ought to have one of these in the toolbar for pulling in situations where AoEs would ruin things. You don' t need uber rifle skill, the idea is to just get their "attention".

Unfortunatly, I don't think you will get much advise here about macros since most of us (basicly almost every pre-CU commando) don't use macros. We like to play the game and learn the profession as we climb the skillboxes.
Not trying to says "don't use them", just that almost noone here uses them.
