IMO, do the process that will net you the most credits.

Commando weapons aren't exactly cutting edge right now. But feel free to get them if you're that hardcore.

If you're set on still getting a Commando weapon with that tissue, I suggest to wait. Maybe, if all the planets in our solar system line up, and Jessica Alba lays naked on my bed waiting for me, and if the devs decide they love Commando and fix the profession, then Commando weapons may get fixed. The Weaponsmiths would have a sound base to work on with this kind of tissue. Getting a souped up sub-par weapon still makes the weapon sub-par. It would be, IMO, a waste of good tissue like this. But it may be different is Commando finally gets loved. Getting the weapon Krayted right now may not mean a good conversion if Commando heavy weapons get fixed. But that again, is my gut feeling.

With that kind of tissue, I can get a d**n good E11 Mk.II Carbine. Yummm... I have a stack of the same exact quality of tissue, but only at a stack of 3. I need 4 for the E11 Mk.II.

Looks like what you are really asking, is "will a 1100 max damage PFT be worth 20 million credits".

I don't know your economy, but I'd say if you can answer that question, you have the solution for what those tissues should be used on. My gut feeling, is that the current BH craze will not last forever, not once things are actually balanced. If it were me, I'd probably cash in on the craze while it lats, make a quick buck, buy someone else's 1100 max damage PFT on the cheap while we are still busted, and laugh all the way to the bank. While you're there, toss that PFT in your safe deposit box and hope for the best in terms of a fix for commando in the near future.
