I am a litle confused, at what lvl can I juse the LLC? Is it at 0-3-0-0 ?

LLC is a Bounty Hunter only weapon.

Commandos get the Lightning Beam Cannon. It's a charged item like the rocket launcher and other cannons.

Hmm..ok, then my 20k for the LLC was...a waste, thanks for the reply...

You should be able to sell the LLC back to the vendor if you email the smith that made it and ask politely for him to buy it back at retail price. Tell him you simply can't use it. I had bought a pistol once from a weaponsmith--not knowing I couldn't use it--and he bought it back, no questions asked. Unfortunately, I, too, had thought that the LLC was a commando weapon, but I had confused it with the LBC (Lightning Beam Cannon). Furthermore, quite a few players are both commandos and bounty hunters, adding to the confusion...
