Thread: How can I tell a pre-patch 19 Proton Rifle from a post-patch 19 one?

Do the new rifles have the "radius: 6" stat as well, or has that been removed?

yes they both list the radius, only way I know to tell is test it. Find someone who has one for sale, ask him if you give him half the money if you can test it. (there has to be some trust here) find a mob or lair, (low level so you dont die in teting) start shooting and watch combat spam, if you hit one for normal damage an one or more for 1 point at same time it is pre patch.

I'm not even sure about that. I got a post patch 19 and a pre patch 19 rifle. They both do AOE.
