just a question dince i'm getting bored in game and was going to try bh, Who's been both and which did you like better (both PVP wise and PVE wise)?

My second holocron said Master BH and it sucked. The only way you are useful is if you have a full suit of advanced composite and lots of buffs, as you have -no- defensive mods at all. I'm only 2/0/2/0 commando and I already like it much more than Master BH.

i think its more of how u like to play the game. i was BH 0/2/3/0 and got bored with it, used a holo and it told me commando... commando owns

In pvp I use my Lp with lowblow then flame. The only real problem is that I get dominated by other people with ranged knockdowns before i can get in range to hit them with the flamer. i have decided to try and dabble a bit in bh just to see how it is at the expense of my useless CH skills (dam nerf!!)

I have been both on one character (by choice not holo) and i am having so much more fun now as a commando then i ever did as a BH.

I have to agree with darthswami, I think BH is better for PvsP but I like the commando alot more for all around fun.

I was a commando and Flame cone 2 rocks, the ham costs for specials are nill but you have to be close to do anything to anybody. I am now a bh and its no fun. i wish i kept commando.

Been masters of both. I am much happier asa Master Commando. If PvP gets, tight, time to switch to pistols for Panic Shot and Low Blow.

If you are hunting or grinding FPs in a group that's not after xp, they love you....love the flame DOT, it loves you.

Master Smuggler/Master Commando

Lol its funny i found this post...I was a master commando but dropped all my skillz other than the flame tree and started grinding BH...to date the ideal of BH is what keeps me going when i PvE and i need my extra firepower i just switch over to my Flamethrower and burn the living **edit** outa anything, compared to the LLC i have the flamer owns...i love the scatter pistol though, in fact i may dropp all my BH except BH pistol because i use the BH specials (eyeshot) with my LP. So in conclusion, commando rulz, BH not so much. currently my plan is to get investigation 4, BH pistol 3, LLC4... i have the Flamethrower tree down so i can still keep some dignity.

I was almost all the way up the LLC tree in BH before jumping to commando. Even with a 3.0 speed LLC I still couldn't take on the mobs I'm taking on now. The flamer and its burn DOT are great for solo action and running higher paying missions. As far as PVP goes, I dont think either commandor or BH are a great template for pvp.

Add some TKA to your commando or rifleman and you could have a good pvp template, not perfect, but good.

IT took me one week to give up commando....it took me 20secs to deside to give up BH.

Commando is cool, but if you want some more versitility with your build try geting 0/0/4/0 in smuggler for Last Ditch. With a launcher pistol that attack rocks. But over all, in PvP BH is better one on one because that can KD/Dizzy. But if you get a Flame on them, then at least you get to watch them burn .
