I am a 2/3/4/2 commando. I need training in Field 3 and acid 3. I have looked the last week for someone to train me. I might even have enough xp for acid 4 by the time I find someone. Everone I talk to has flame 4 and heavy 4 but nothing else. The trees are so useless no one wants to train them. I know I am repeating the obvious but I had to get it off my chest.

as in MAW working?

whenever someone asks me to train them, i look at what i can train them in and what those guys are using.

if its a commando with a graul, he's getting his training somewhere else. im not training any more grenadeer monkeys. if I see just the player and him having Field Tactics1 untrained as well, ill ask him if he wants it.. if he says no, train me in flamethrower, he's getting his training somewhere else.

on the rare occassions I do get people asking to train in field tactics, I give them a few grenades of the type they certified in. If they train in heavy weapons I give them an HPBC or Lightning Cannon. If they train in acid rifle I give them a Jawa Beer... they'll need it.

They'll need something stronger than Jawa Beer if they're trying to use the HAR tac

I think the number of Masters overall has dwindled, ever since the Holocrons came out, but that's just me. Oh and did you see what we're all getting for Christams from the Dev's?

to be honest though, it terrifies me. I dont know if ill resist the temptation to know what proffession was required (my commando aint going jedi) ... just out of sheer curiosity.. or hold on to it and sell it later on for a few millions.. that should pay for the rocket launchers.

If they make the holo's nontradable, then i guess ill satisfy my curiousity.

I have been training alot of people in the HAR and Field Tactic trees lately on Bloodfin.

90% of my requests for training as a master commando come from either the flamethrower or heavy support weapons line, obviously. I do get a few tells for grenades every now and then. I think I've trained someone in an acid rifle skill two times, at the most.

Here's a tip... pay for training at the trainer!!

Tough concept, but back when there was maybe 3 commandos per server we had to pay entirely for our training.

You try paying 143k for training when you can't kill anything and missions sucked.

yea..thats why im glad i took my time and let others get to master =) i believe i only trained once at the trainer..for novice

and yes I to agree there are too few of us now..too few!! the forests have changed! ...err

but theres a glimmer of hope, in recent weeks the number of training requests for me really dwindled but the few that I got..very few were for flame, most were for field tactics and Hvy weaps (dont recall any for HAR tho) this was also before field tactics got mitigation, heck i remember i trained a novice field tactics I before he had flame II and heavy weapons I

I'm joking i even train rebels "usually", basically depends of my mood.
