I understand that flame single 1 and 2 and cone 2 all stack. BUT! Is that per person? or just in general?

What i am asking here is if me and my brother both go MC, can we do three burn dots for each of us?

If this is true, DWB will be no problem....

As far as I've noticed in both PvE and PvP, you can only stack one set at a time. As master commando goes though, being able to stack 4 DOT specials is pretty sweet.
