Thread: DEVS FIX Commando !!!! or we will quit.

I'm fed up with people killing me.I am a master commando and a freakin taylor killed me the other day. Not to mention about 10 TKA's. TAKE OUT KNOCKDOWN HIT FROM EVERYONE AND AT LEAST MAKE A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD!!!
I've been with this game from day one and thought that master commando would help me with PVP. I WAS WRONG!!!
So many people are quitting the game all together because they play for months trying to get more powerful and fine that they really suck. We're not in this game to dance in cantina's. We want to kick each other's butts! FixPVP or we quit!!!DOOM 3 will get my money. At least there will be some kind of satisfaction in it.
P.S. I had 53% armor on withall ham buffedin the 2k's when i got killed by that taylor.

53% ? thats all? no wonder you got smoked. and what other proff was this tailor?

Wow - Im sorry but I can't blame the combat system for you losing. You fail to show what combat profession the Tailor had - Knockdown taken out? Take Thakitillo. If you want to kill people take a uber FoTM template.
I don't see how playing for months will help you. You canmaster almost anything in a couple of days, exception of Bounty Hunter (Investigation) and Jedi. Fix PvP or we quit? Fix PvP or you will quit. Thats fine - Im sure SOE are crying about the $15 they just lost.
53% armour? What the hell where you wearing? Mabari? HAM buffed in the 2ks? Think this way:
80% Kinetic resist comp/Stun resist- Imperial PSG - Stack the defences. By the way - there is something called *gasp* strategy !! Commando is seriously in trouble right now, but any profession going into PvP with 53% armour on is going to die - even if he takes the like of Rifleman/Master Sword/Fencer 0 - 4 - 4 - 0/
Commando does need help. But with your perception on PvP - even if Commando does get fixed - you won't get anywhere with your 53% armour.

Sure, there's a lot of the prof that needs attention, but try using your strengths. You still have enough SP to go TKM and make yourself a PvP template. When you're up against a melee fighter don't allow them to get into range.

No we wont! hey pick up fencer or tka if you want to do PVP. It really doesn't matter because CM's rule the battlefield now. Are you Master if so did you use your defense against knockdown food? Also remember your going to be targeted first because of the flame dot just like I hope CM's are hunted soon.

Your experience is one of the reasons I feel up'ing our Melee Defenses, especially Def. Vs. KD and Dizzy, is one of our biggest priorities...If we are force to fight in Melee range, we need some Melee Protections...once an opponent gets us on our backs, it's basically game over because they can easily keep us there...
Our fixes are coming...the question is still, as ever, when...hopefully we'll have our answers soon and more so, the devs will give everyone who has left more then enough reason to return...

Sorry if I sound uncaring…but, well, I've killed TKMs as a Master Tailor, and it was because they didn't have the right gear and they were overconfident. Sounds to me like you want an "I Win" button…so go pick up MBrawler/MHS/4-3-0-3 TKA/3-4-4-0 Fencer/0-0-4-0 Pikemanand get yourself some decent gear, 'cause that's as close as you're going to get.
With the exception of Bounty Hunter, I've played every combat profession, and let me tell you, it doesn't matter what the devs do—there's always going to be someone out there with better gear and a better understanding of their professions. You'd be better off learning which profession best suits your fighting style and taking that, then backing it up with others for defense/secondary abilities, rather than threatening to quit…because frankly, the devs don't care, and neither do I.
