What is the deal with grenade throwing speed?


I have 3.2 speed grenades and +30 thrown weapon speed. so it should be 3.2 x .70 = 2.24 speed between each toss but instead it is like 6 seconds. Is there something I'm missing here?


NEVERMIND: Found a post and basically they are set at 7 seconds or so and nothing change it. Sucks that I spent combat XP to get to 3040 only to find that nothing is different than at 0040.
