is the dot on flamethrower 1 the same on 4??? if it isn't whats the difference??? Ceasar

I'm going to take a guess based on the way I understand it. The DOT tick is a percentage of the actual damage the shot did after tallying up the resists, vulnerabilties, and penetration. So YES is my answer but I hear that the tick from flame single 1,2 and flame cone 1 and 2 is cumulative.
