For the flame thrower, how much would a good one be worth, and what would its stats be? Like what is a pretty good flamethrower?

Well that all depends on your server. I am on the Kauri server, Ibought my Flamethrowers at least six months ago and payed around 50keach i believe.They were the bestnon-krayt Flamethrowers I could find at the time. If you have the moneyI would recommend buying severaldecent Flamethrowers and getting them all sliced.Keep theones that get the best slices and sell/give away the others.
My Flamethrowers are nothing extraordinary but they are decenton my server. My damage sliced Ft is around 600-1100 dmg 4.8 spd. My speed sliced Ft is about 500-850 dmg 3.6 spd.

I've got an excellent spraystick, but I want to know if I should bother looking for an e11, or t21 when i get rifles 4, and novice rifleman.

someone told me i can get through rifleman with just t21, so what stats signify a good t21 and about how much should I expect to pay?

You can get through Rifles with any of them. Some are just easier than other. 
At Novice you will be firing fairly slowly. What many people do is get a number of T21s and get them sliced. Use the speed sliced ones and put away the damage sliced ones for later.
If you go to the FAQ there is a DPS calculator there. You can plug in various weapon stats to see which will work out best for 'ya.
At lower levels of Rifle with slower speeds, you may be better off with an E11 or Laser because of their lower base speeds.

thank you for the reply. I have a 207max/1.9 spraystick. Would that be best to use for a while into rifleman?

It really depends on what weapons you have and what your speed is at. And what specials you are planning on using.
Best bet is to play around a bit and see which setup you like best.

just depends on what you want to kill. I carry 4-5 rifles around at all times just because of the varity of mobs out there today.
