That beats my all time high of 4447. Too bad we can't do that every time, eh?

That's... Normal. I've done upwards of 6k before, and usually hit 5k with krayts.

This is PvP however...
For PvE, on average you can hit 6-9k...but a 4.4k hit on a PC...now thats a pretty good hit...
But after 80% composite...thats 880 dmg...
After 39% synthsteak...thats 536 dmg...
After Buffs....well, it'll be fully healed by the time you land another shot on (if you dont miss)

On average....KDed/inhabitating state and/or Heat vuln mobs, yeah you would usually get 8-12k dmg....
However, this being both with my 950 (2.7 spd) and 1137 (4.5 spd) flamers...for most of the mobs out there, it seems as if we hit around 6-9k with a few nice high hits every now and then. And again, for the stuff with heat vuln or get KDed...heh, a lot more

i did this with a 2.9 speed 520 - 940 flamer
I also have a 2.7 with the same damage stats, a 2.9 with 610-1170, and a 2.1 speed with about the same damage stats.

Hopefully we'll own own without the AP stuff...
And who knows? The three new modes that are replacing AP, not every weapon has all three modes...not to mention, maybe our FT won't even have the modes...just sheer damage
I say this as commando weapons are fairly limited to our profession, and sorta are hard to fit into the new damage modes to a degree as they're all big and explosivey....plus if we don't have a good powered weapon with a specific mode, we'll be in a somewhat similar predicament we are in now...just not as severe, but I also don't want to have to pick up an unwanted profession tree to be viable against a certain armour when we're ALREADY almost twice as costly as a similar elite profession that could very well use all his specials with any other weapons and/or have a more varied selection....hopefully this will NOT be an issue.
We can only dream...
