Thread: skill tapes and armor attachments?

In your stat skill you get a plus to heavy weapon accuracy. However, your actual stat used is either Flamethrower accuracy, or LLC accuracy, or HBPC accuracy etc. So no these pluses do not work. Which is nice since I only have about +100 in hvy weps tapes in my house.

Have heard that neither of those currently work for heavy weapons, any truth to this?
