anyone else notice this:

I spent 8 hours yesterday doing all the mission at jabba's palace so I could get a free ASL and HPC. I knew they only had 25 charges on them but I figured what the hell. So I finally got them and tried them out this morning.....with utterly pathetic results. First of all, I assumed the acid stream launcher would fire a stream of acid..silly me...it shot what looked like the launcher pistol gimpy little brother, a single projectile followed by a jet of smoke. So I thought to myself "well that sucked, the HPC will be better". I fired the HPC and got the exact same result, no spectacular purple stream of death, no acid beam. They can't even get theright graphic to show on our weapons.granted I haven't seen a rocket launcher fire, but I'm willing to bet thats what it looks like when it fires.

Since I wasn't certified in either I figured the damage would suck, but I was wrong..I did a whopping 19 damage, pretty good for a heavy weapon, which gave me hope.

I was just wondering if anyone with a player made HPC and ASL got the same graphix or if it's the same as the mission rewards.

I know that my player-crafted HPC fires a large-ass laser beam, not a projectile.

The HPC i got from Jabba's was identical to the rocket launcher in particle effects so if your useing that one yep thats what the rocket launcher looks like
