Ah ha!!! I think I have it figured out. They didn't want to address our har/grenade/master issues so they put in this 2x mod just to make it our new #1 issue.
All to stall us for a couple of months..... superimposing a #1 issue into our prof to avoid the real issues. omg it's brilliant!! evil developers.
