You'd do better to post this on the individual server's forums rather than on the commando's forums. Possibly even better in the WS forum.
As to being movers or not, I make a KILLING on them, even at the low price of 23k a piece. When I get them in stock, people flock to my shop and buy more than 1 or 2 at a pop. One guy actually bought 4 crates off me the other day. That's 28 total.
I warned my Rebel Commando friends to watch out for that guy of course 
As to my stats, they're roughly a little more damage than your Diallo, and .2 faster. My last batch though was substantially slower and less damage and they still sold, but then again, I had those priced much lower than usual.
If you get the word out to commandos that you have them, they will sell.
