Thread: BH wishing to grind commando (not respec) have a question...

I am now an MBH/MCarb, however I had a short stint as a commando. I miss those days, and want to go commando instead of carb. But I have one question. Does the aoe work with specials in the sense that it makes the special in question an AOE. For example, if I use underhand shot with a Proton rifle, the damage with hit a bunch of enemies, but will the KD stick also? How bout the critical shot damage from Adv Crit shot?

Not with PRifle as that is our only nonAE weapon.. at least designed nonAE. With the PFT yes that is how it would work. Rocket launcher supposed to work same way but for some reason is only doing dmg to one target still.

I dont have CM now and I do great simply with Ruby Bliels and Stims. You only really need CM if you want to take down the toughest jedi, but since I dont see myself really hunting jedi with MBH/MCom Im not too concerned about that. I want to go around just blowing up groups of rebels and the like. Thanks for the posts guys.

MBH/Commando sounded like a good idea to me too. my only concern is the lack of sp for 4xxx cm.
