Here is just a quick note on what I have found to be the state of the game after the Big Fix was in:

1) CH's cannot call their Pets.

2) Acid Rifle Cert is not fixed. (unconfirmed)

3) Launcher Pistol not fixed.

4) Log out brings you to Char selection screen. (good one)

5) Waypoints you create have a new look. (thanks. that was the big fix I was waiting for.)

That's it for now. Will log on again and see what else is happening.
