There is nothing actually reasonable that will get through to SoE. They have decided to believe the lie that the Commando is essentially functional. Their pride and self-confidence will not let them consider the truth, guys. If you've never seen a designer (of anything, be it a game or picket fence) dig their heels in and ignore the truth in order to believe in their own correctness, then here it is.

Nothing will penetrate until something drastic happens. I've seen it with Alchemy, I've seen it in the eyes of my co-workers. Nothing you can predict will break the wall. You can try anything. One thing will eventually work, but since they are not listening to reason, the event will not be reasonably predicted.

Thats because at this point the only hope commando would be fixed is if some CEOs kid at SoE decided to play one and told daddy they were broken and he wanted them fixed now thats your unknown and about the only chance on gods green earth of this class being worked on in our lifetimes
