Also it looks like there still isnt a animation for the AcidCone special. On top of that those horrible Range mods cant be right. Also Novice +10 HAR accuracy doenst stack with the HAR line accuracy bonuses.

This is issue number 11 in the Commando Guide. I don't think the guide mentions the speed not improving, but it does mention the accuracy problem.
