I used my flamethrower on a nightspider and killed it in one hit (duh) i got 147 heavy weapons XP and 14 points of combat

I used my grenade on another nightspider and killed it in one hit (duh) i got 1 point of combat and 1 point of combat... Is that normal to get so little?

Oh yea, they are c-22's
