With this template (Master Commando and Master Smuggler and CM 4000) you will be an excellent crowd control. But not a good damage dealer, my template is nearly the same you've described. And i can certified you will not be able to have the advantage against your ennemies. You are definitely an good support to your PVP group.

But for PVE, it's very nice. Feign Death is an excellent skill when all creatures start aggro yourself. And you can mezz in one shot in area the creatures.
