I suggest you use at least -.8 tissues and an imp stock, ask the WS not to use an advanced barrel, the normal ones are faster

Actually it's 6, 1 for making the schematic for the power handlers and 5 for the power handlers due to the need to have identical power handlers.
Nope 5 a FT takes 4 powerhandlers so when I had my last pair of Krayt FT's made 9 tisssues made 2 FT's. One for the schem and the 8 for the 2 FT's

Yep...I'll confirm it...and you tend to, as the person suggestion above, get the most bang for you buck by going with 9 tissues rather then just 5 because you'll end up with 2 FT's rather then one (better your chances for a good slice and you can always sell the second FT to another needy Commando)...
Just some advice on Krayt FTs...It's often hard to find tissue that is BOTH high damage and high speed...so focus on one or the other, don't just focus on getting a balance of both...Personally, I have a high damage Krayt FT and a high speed Krayt FT...I switch them off for different situations and different strategies...The speed is best for specials (reduces the combat queue delay) and the high damage is good for regular shots as well as a last kick butt special to finish off the target...
If I had to pick between speed and damage, I'd personally pick speed everytime...We already have lots of power and while more is always better, our biggest issue is our speed and the dreaded combat queue delay following our specials...a faster FT will actually, even if it's only slightly, reduce that combat queue delay and lead to higher DPS (damage per second)...
Sometimes I look for bargin tissue where the damage is pathetic but the speed is great (or vice versa)...most other people seem to want tissue that is balanced on both or generally high on both...that balance tends to be much more costly...
