Thread: commando bug?

I made novice commando yesterday, it says I'm certified on my skill sheet, but the weapons themselves tell me I have no certifications, I'm trying c22, c12's (which I should be cert'd for with novice marksman) and I've also tried some of the heavy weapons, any advice other than submit a bug report?

is it saying it when youexamine the weapon, or when you use it? because if it's saying it when you examine the weapon than that's a bug that effects most if not all weapons, and there's no real problem because you have the cert despite what it says... if it's saying it when you equip the weapon then you've got a problem i've never heard of before...

It's saying I am certified when I examine on bazaar, but when I pull off bazaar,it says I'm not, I'm only doing 10 damage with grenades and it says I don't have the certification for it.

/examine itand takea screenie of itfor us and either put it on www.imagedump.com or some other place and give us the address cuz I cant play the game right now but if i have a visual screenie to look at it will help more and i will try and solve it for you

The bug is that weapons on the bazaar and the same weapon off the bazaar show different certifications, only ever trust what it says in your skill sheet.
As for doing 10 damage with a grenade, did you buy a really sucky damage looted one?

no, I bought a crate of them. I'm bugged or something, even if I did buy crap grenades I'd at least have the certification for it.

They should be doing more than 10 damage right? the max is around 900

it depends what you're attacking.... but, it really shouldn't matter whether or not you can use c12 or c22 grenades, since they're virtually useless....

all weapons like that are bugged, it's got nothing to do with you... it says i'm not certed to use protons, but i can use them just fine..... you said you're using c22's and c12's? that's why, all grenades other than thermal detonators, imp detonators and protons are horrible...
