Here is a breakdown on the Factory Times required to make max runs on the parts (1000).
Parts used in all Commando Consumable weapons:
Light Warhead Mechanism (LWM)- 1 unit Polymer, 8 units Reactive Gas, 9 units Steel - 3.6 minutes per unit to make, 60 hours per 1000
Medium Warhead Mechanism (MWM)- 20 units Metal, 5 units Polymer, 10 units Radioactive, 30 units Reactive Gas, 20 units Steel. - 5.6 minutes per unit to make, 93 hours per 1000
Warhead FusingMechanism (WFM)- 6 units Amorphous Gemstone, 3 units Ore, 5 units metal, 4 units Steel - 3.6 minutes per unit to make, 60 hours per 1000
Warhead Stabilization Device (WSM)- 5 units Amorphous Gemstone,10 units Ore, 6 units Copper, 21 units Inert Gas, 3 units Steel - 5.6 minutes per unit to make, 93 hours per 1000
Advanced Blaster Power Handler (ABPH)- 5 Units Diatium Copper, 16 Units Irolunn Reactive Gas, 5 units Ostrine Carbonite Ore, 8 units Phrik Aluminum, 10 units Polymer - 4.3 minutes per unit to make, 71.7 hours per 1000
Advanced Blaster Rifle Barrel (ABRB)- 19 units Duralloy Steel, 17 units Duranium Steel, 40 units Rhodium Steel, 8 units Ryll Amorphous Gemstone, 9 units metal - 4.5 minutes per unit to make. 75 hours per 1000
Advanced Projectile Feed Mechanism (APFM)- 12 units Axidite Iron, 20 units Quadranium Steel - 2.9 minutes per unit to make, 48.3 hours per 1000
Advanced Weapon Scope (AWS)- 23 units Chromium Aluminum, 3 units Copper, 6 units Green Diamond Crystalline Gemstone, 10 units polymer - 1.9 minutes per unit to make, 31.7 hours per 1000.
C22 Grenade:
Parts used: LWM, WFM- 25 units of Metal and steel 4.3 minutes per unit = 1.8 hours per crate
Cryoban Grenade
Parts used: LWM, WFM - 20 units Radioactive, 25 units Steel 4.3 minutes per unit = 1.8 hours per crate
Glop Grenade
Parts Used: LWM, MWM, WFM - 8 Ferrous Metal, 12 Metal, 5 polymer, 6 Steel - 4.3 minutes per unit = 1.8 hours per crate
Thermal Detonator
Parts Used: MWM, WFM, WSM - 3 units Crism Silastic Ore, 10 Metal, 1 polymer, 15 units Thorium Steel 6.9 minutes per unit 2.9 hours per crate
Imperial Detonator:
Parts Used: MWM, WFM, WSM - 3 polymer, 80 Steel 6.9 minutes per unit 2.9 hours per crate
Proton Grenade
Parts Used: LWM, MWM, WFM, WSM - 3 units Crism Silastic Ore, 10 metal, 1 polymer 15 units Steel - 6.9 minutes per unit - 2.9 hours per crate
Heavy Particle Beam Cannon - Acid Beam Cannon - Lightning Cannon
Parts Used: 5 ABPH, 1 ABRB, 20 units Carbonite Ore, 45 units Crystalline Gemstone, 40 units Iron, 20 units metal, 150 units Steel, 8.3 minutes per unit - 3.5 hours per 25 units (normal crate size is actually 7)
Rocket Launcher
Part Used: 4 ABPH, 8 APFM, 2 AWS, 5 Proton Grenades, 150 units Iron, 65 units Metal, 150 Units Steel, 8.3 minutes per unit, 3.5 hours per 25 Units (normal crate size is 7)
The biggest time consuming items are the parts themselves. And most weaponsmiths are going to be keeping some of these items around. But as it stand the max amount of Rocket Launchers that can be made is 124. And this is going by having no critical failures on assembly.

Indeed...that was fast. I just posted a reply in the outline thread about this...and bam I see the Big N (that blasted N always draws my attention...heh).
