That looks like a normal krayted flamer, or perhaps just a good non-krayted one with a speed slice.
Generally, the idea is to get it below 3 speed.

Negative, Ghost Rider.
Commandos don't rate power ups for their primary weapons.
Edit: Well, you could use them on Grenades. It's just that they're unreliable in combat (notice I didn't say grinding for Combat XPs).

now if the speed was 1 lower or the max was 300 higher that'd be something... but as it is I have 4 FTs better than that. the only reason I could see you advertising here is if you were selling it for like 200k
