So I decide to pick up Pistoleer again....As such, I need some good lag...er...Launcher Pistols...

Log on my alt...Get buffed....Head to Endor...

woOT!! Gorax's abound!!! They're everywhere!!! Gorax LP heaven here I come...

26 Gorax's dead....In just about 2 hrs.....

Zero loot.

Zero bone shards.

Not only did the Gorax not spawn for over a year (thus severely limiting the amount of bone shards to make decent LPs out of after they nerfed the krayt'd ones), now you cant loot anything off them....

It wasnt a streak of bad luck...

Using /loot wont loot them

You have to loot using the radial dial, and when you do, it opens up an inventory like you are opening a crate or container.....

So not only have we had our flamer nerfed to high heaven in PvP several times, we cant even get the necessary components to make a decent weapon at our disposal (that we have no viable PvP specials in our own profession to use, or any modifiers)...

I swear they hate us......

Can you give some more clairification on the details? Can you still loot properly using the radial command, and only the command doesn't work? Or can't loot via either at all?

I already bugged it...and talked to CSR-JonW about it...

When you use the loot from the radial, it brings up an inventory box (complete with 0/50 items)....like opening a crate or container....

typing /loot and pressing enter does nothing....same as it would if you were to walk up to a crate and type /loot and press enter....

I know they hate us using launcher pistols....I got warped out of theed once because I was using one...In PVP battle...Not duelling...But PvP battle....People cried about it causing lag...Nevermind the 200 freaking spam bots everywhere.....

Amen with the spam bots...

Im not sure if they fully fixed some of the borked looting spawn rates (I know for a few high lvl mobs such as krayts, it seemed as if their loot drop rate got nerfed to hell and back, but in fact was a bug)...so could be that....ill see if I can find some further info about this.

Update: Found some information....like with SpiderVenom (The CM Corr has a discussion thread about this over there), Goraxes dont seem to be dropping any loot at all. They know about it...but as far as I know, no ETA on a fix...

Edit: Bah Venoms, Fangs...all the same to a tired commando Fixed the error...

When I spoke to CSRJonW about it, he said he had heard about it....

Glad I heard about the spider fang snafu as well....That was my next spot to loot hoor...Am I being paranoid, or does it seem just a little too coincidental that the loot drops for the enhancers for the Launcher Pistol are broken? First, it was the krayt LP nerf, albiet a looooong time ago....Now the two mobs that drop LP enhancers dont drop anymore.....

And the hits just keep ooooooooooooon comin'......................

Last I knewyou could get your fangs, it's the only thing that's dropping from the FireBreathing Spider. It's the darn SpiderVenom that doesn't drop. There are also issues with the Gorax, and several RIS componants (GDK Scales and Gurk King Hides I believe).

Thats good to know (but sucks for CM's)....

I guess I'll be camping it the next few days....

What stinks is that base Gorax are +30 to damage...Base spider fangs are +15...And fangs over +27 are rare....

Anyone know the respawn time of the spider?

It has been a while since i camped it but i seem to remember it spawned every30-45 min

Man, it seems like every single patch, they break something pertaining to the creatures. First it was broken spawns. Then they broke the krayt loot. And now they've broken the Goraxes?

What have these last 3 patches even done with that section of the code? I mean, I can see "accidentally" breaking the krayts, but still, this is becoming rediculous.

the spider spawns evry 55 minutes.

As for Goraxs, I haven't hunted any in weeks, but when i did hunt them, about a week after they were re-introduced, I got over 60 shards, about 20 of those were over 65 max. if you happen to be onGorath contact Mike', with the new anti-decay kits ( I managed to get my hands on four... yay!) I don't need any but my best one, my others arepritty great, all within 30 max of eachother. If you're interested contact me.
