Thread: Do thrown weapon accuracy and speed skill mods really work?

It dosent seem like it.......
I am a master commando with like +85 thrown weapon accuracy and +40 thrown weapon speed. I throw a 5.1 speed proton grenade with -12 at ideal at point blank and usually miss, even with the accuracy, and I am also horribly slow. I should be throwing a 5.1 speed grenade at around 3.0 but it seems a lot slower than that.
Does anyone know whats going on here or if its going to be fixed?
