Thread: Waht type of armour do you folks like to have?

I am trying to get some ideas for more profession specific armour. What stats would the typicalcommando prefer to have? i.e. what would u like in special? what sort of base do u care about? what sort of ham?

I try not to wear armor, but I often run around wearing padded boots and ubese gloves with my paramilitary pants and spec ops cloak becuase it looks cool, but when I suit up I'm usually wearing padded or high end Ubese- composite isn't my thing and there's far too many people in composite.

Depends on what I'm doing.



  • PvE with Rifle = Unarmored

  • PvE General = Kinetic Ubese

  • PvP/Commando Mode = Medium/Heavy Composite

thanks raptor , but what do u prefer to be special. always kinetic , nothing, energy???

I wear uber heavy composite with 80% kenetic 80% electric and 69% base all resist sliced and run around buffed 100% of the time

Until I max out all my defenses, I'm forced to run around in Comp.Armor. If all I intend to fight is monsters/PvE (without firearms), then Ubese is great since I have a new set set aside for that without wearing down my nice Comp.Armor.


Once I max my defenses I'll run around in my Stormtrooper Armor like a proper Imperial should be doing. It doesn't have the highest resists but it doesn't throw your secondary stats out of whack like Comp.Armor does.
