As the Subject title suggests....

Is it me or am I missing more than normal -- ?? (*Bigg double question mark) In PvP I can't hit ANYTHING regardless of what weapon I use - maybe I hit ONCE out of 20+ times of trying (between incapps and cloning trips)....

Oh btw anyone notice this.... Rifleman flame dot not going out and my incapping 6 times before the purpetrator finally killed me?? (happened tonight)???
