I saw this max 4k dmg Rocket Launcher, i just thought that if i got a havey speed tape 20+ or something so i am capped, wont commando be a great pve prof? I mean i would do great dmg! And whith an speed sliced Rocket Launcher... yes i heard commando skilltapes will work AFTER combat balance.. And Rocket Launcher do blast dmg so i thought commando would be a great solo elder prof!?

HPBC do more DPS as they are faster by default and have a higher speedmod. you can almost speedcap with a speedsliced HPBC

lol HW speed tapes dont work so this is pointless. They give a bonus to HW speed, a skill that has been removed... If they put in tapes saying rocket launcher speed then youd be sorted. Not that HW speed works at all.... no matter what lvl, same speed.
