Thread: I will be out of town Jan 9th to Jan 14th (but will have forum access)

Hey Everyone,


Just wanted to give you a heads up that I will be out of town 1/9 to 1/15 for a business trip to Alpharetta, GA...I should still have forum access while I'm gone, but mainly in the morning and later at night (in meetings all day)...Waste93 has once again graciously agreed to keep an eye on this forum and the CU forum for us incase I miss any major things while in meetings...


There is the possibilit of course that Sandbox testing will start next week (we haven't heard when it will start, but expectations are anytime), so I'm making sure our Sandbox testers are ready to role just incase...I won't be able to get into the game while I'm in GA (unless I find a friend out that way who plays) if there are any big testing emergencies...


Anyway...just wanted to make sure you all know my schedule, especially since many are use to me posting pretty much all day long...

I just live south of you so, just leave me the keys and i will make sure the house stays clean, the pets feed, and the liquor cabnet empty....ur...i mean full. Uh yeah, full.

I've never had a problem with Chicago, I onch got stuck in St. Luis or 5 days though.

Great town.....horrific airport.

Im 25% Murphy (hopefully the 50% greek cancels that out...)...anyone remember Murphy's Law? Anything that can go wrong, will. Ie. Drop buttered toast on a new rug, it'll always hit buttered side down!


Im placing oodles of cash betting, the day (or a few days after) Garvin goes on that trip...Sandbox testing will commence...and ironically, commandos will be without their beloved Testing leader!


Oh well...anything to bring the testing on faster always works out in the end

Let see...I've recently gotten to go to Newark, NJ...Dublin, OH...And Old Peoples town in CA...do you really want souveniers from those places? I may be having a trip to Pittsburgh in a few months too...YAY!


And did I mention I'm flyingwith aplane change inChicago on this trip...the place where just yesterday they cancelled 600 flights due to the weather...Double YAY!!!

One thing I've learned from my travels. NEVER go thru Chicago unless absolutely required. And even then try to beg, borrow, or steal to get out of it.

It was more of a "Yay" for the fact that I'll get to travel again soon...and they never pick somewhere like Vegas or Hawaii...
