Can anyone tell me? Does the Ranged speed FS tree work on Heavy weapons?

Speed cap....commando? Sorry my friend, but those 2 words don't usually go hand in hand. Sadly, you won't be able to speed cap with commando in the current system, even with fs ranged speed, which doesn't work.

sea's don't wprk either. if by some chance you manage, through legendary tissues, a form fitted stock,a legendary blaster rifle barrel, and a 35% speed slice you might be able to get a .4 speed flame thrower or less, which will speed cap ya.

FS Ranged Mods are not currently working. No ETA on getting them fixed yet. The speed cap for any weapon is at +100. Though you could effectively cap at lower amounts depending on the weapon and special. However as others have stated, I don't think Commando weapons even get the effective cap.

Even with a speed sliced Legendary 0.8 speed FT, you'll never shoot faster than 1.8 seconds per special.

Something that Riflemen, Pistoleers and Pikemen achieve pretty easily, TKs and Fencers get automatically, Carbineers have to really work for unless they hunt bounties, Swordsmen can get easily but it'll cost them a bunch and that Commandos only dream of.
Hell, you could apply that to a lot of things in this game

I'm waiting on aFlamerthat uses rifle speed and accuracy mods. Heck it uses a blaster RIFLE barrel for crying out loud, even if I could only use commando specials with it, Just imagine the possibilities.

Actually, there is a specialattack Speed cap
I guess, if you default attack it then you could hit the 1sp, but then again its not worth it. I think commandos automatically have a speed cap at 2 w/ flamsingle 2 or something like that. So essentially commandos could never hit 1sp w/ flamex 2 because there is a delay on the specials.
I have no idea what the number is, but its there.

I don't know about the other Commanndos but I don't know what my speed cap is.
I haven't been able to measure how fast I run from nunas yet.

actually, I am the first speed capped commando on flurry... but it has nothing to do with mods.
last I heard force melee speed was working on special heavy weapons, can anyone confirm/deny if this is still the case?
Thnx
