This enhancement was found on a Dark Jedi so I am assuming it is and will remain pretty rare. A note of caution however. I have heard reports that currently this type of enhancement is not working properly so you may not get the benefit until the developers work out the bugs.I do not know this to be true one way or the other but felt I should mention the rumor to potential purchasers. I am accepting bids via in-game e-mail. Due to the rarity of the item and the difficulty in getting it I am not accepting any offers under 50k at this time.
