tired of playing a broken class? tired of waiting for "the fix that will make it worth while?"

STOP PAYING. it's fairly simple you CANCEL your account.

I have two accounts active currently (wish I had a 2nd machine so I could play em both...) the "big patch" is one thing to me. the deciding factor if they will be charging me again in a week or so.

there are many "Broken" things in the game some don't really bother me that much others make me wonder why they shipped the game.

pets warping...made me stopping playing account 1 dying multiple times even without death penalty because your pet decides NOW is a good time to warp back to where you called it

commando/squad leader being "broken" will make me stop playing account 2 and cancel them both

I agree with some of the changes to the CH...and the pile of dead horses on that class is too big to get into that one. the fact that the guy who is supposed to be talking to the devs about broken classes (commando)is leaving due to not getting responses from the devs....although I think he should have waited til AFTER the patch...but hey if your "job" is too discuss problems within the game to developers and you get no response then maybe it is time to "move on"

anyway they get 1 week to convince me I will be paying/playing for another month

adding new content is a great idea...really I'm glad more is going in, I'd really like to see what is already in working first though...for instance if somehow someone became a "urban planner" the elite-elite class and lets sayall the commando weapons still have 0.0 as ideal range(my vibroknuclers have 1m)then I will be cancelling. known problems seem better to fix then adding more content. new eye candy is only eye candy to the guy playing the broken class...and there seem to be alot of them

think hard my friends-they said they wont delete your chars anytime soon if they REALLY want your money cancel and comeback when the game works "As intended" you know the product you are PAYING for, the UNFINISHED one...stop paying see what gets fixed...if nothing does then you know you didnt pay to be frustrated or angry as many people are playing the 'broken classes'

The sad truth about your post is that your $30 a month for both accounts is not gonna make or break Sony. They know there are still out there hundreds of thousands of suckers who are gonna keep hanging on the "here comes the patch keep the $15rolling in" yet this game that has pissed me off more than make me laugh or the such is gonna start losing the mature and fun to play players such as yourself (i'm assuming here) and is gonna turn into the piece of crap that counterstrike did with all the 12yr olds hacking and complaining when someone with a better hack kills them. Hooray for SoE.

by the way capt ADD do you play a commando? if so do you think they are working correctly?

please explain in detail how the commando isn't broken. then explain how paying to play a game where you are playing a "broken" class is rewarding and fun. I'm sure SOE will hire you in a sec for there marketing team

by the way does your mom pay for your account? if so isnt that against the EULA?...

I've been thinking about something. If commando's are not fixed in this patch, would the community asa whole attempt all canceling their accounts? If every commando stopped paying but said they would continue if certain changes are made within a week, do you think anyone would listen? This is getting rather ridiculous but hopefully the wait will have been worth it...

I agree my 30 bucks in nothing to them...but its funny to note that shadowbane at peak times had 1500 peeps on servers...now they have 400. they stopped getting my money too...

I really expected more from SOE. its funny to note that if the BH or pistoleer didnt work as badly as the commando then what would people play then?

if they want my money then they will fix the problems that the BETA testers were complaining about...not add more eye candy

if ford made a mustang where the 4th wheel would be shipped 2 months after you bought the car how many mustangs would they sell...yes MMORPG's are cars as a matter of fact video games are the only product that I have ever seen that sells even when it doesnt work...maybe if more peeps decided that paying to beta was wrong way to go then it wouldn't happen eh?

the sad thing to note is that no "the community" wouldnt cancel. and therein lies the problem enough people are hoping on "A" patch to fix 'there' problem with the game.

2 months in and classes are broken. but the fixed noob chars from getting 3 melons...tell me if you had been playing a commando from day 1 how would you feel?

great they fixed the "melon exploit" how about making it so my weapons actually work ??

I have only been on the 'commando path' for about 2 weeks. and I'm ready to cancel as I see no reason to play if the class I want to play isnt working. am I a whiner for this? I must be...I'm complaining about paying to play a broken game...

The proper analogy would be a car without the passanger seat. Some people might not mind and to some it would be crucial. Sales would be VERY bad once word got out, however.

I agree with you guys wholeheartely, so maybe haha, what we need to do is get all the swg community, go to the front of the soe building, wearing all white shirts or matching clothing and do some crazy stun like they do for cigarretes on the "the truth" commercial. Or, being that most ppl that play this game are in their 30s or so, somoene must have connections to make a commercial depicting how poorly this game runs and all the bugs on national television, i bet that would get soe's attention.

I read a post from a guy who went to SOE in san diego asked if they had a tour of the building and they called the cops on him...this is pre 9/11 by the by...

now imagine a "mob" of people wearing white T-shirts and chanting "fix commando or we won't go!"

I see the national guard coming out in armored vehicle to put down the "terrorist attack on SOE"
