"You're right. It's difficult to be in your position. I read and posted fairly often in the early EQ days. It's frustrating to have over 500 posts and never have one responded to by a member of the Dev team. It takes some faith posting ideas into what seems like a bottomless pit. You have to assume that you are heard and that your opinion will make a difference in the long run. I do empathize.
Your voices are heard. I see designers reading through the profession forums that they work on daily. Rest easy.

Well, hopefully you will be our next correspondant...
I'm sure many feel the same way I do.
The thing that puzzles me is that if they know "It's frustrating to have over 500 posts and never have one responded to by a member of the Dev team", WHY DON'T THEY RESPOND?
Do they want to frustrate you?
