I just now noticed that the guns have charges to them, does this mean that after i shot my weapon 28 times I have to buy a new gun?

wow and nobody else has a problem with this? I mean I might go out to dath for a hunting party that will last three hours, that cost me 200k just for weapons, thats really unreasonable.
