Well, well... what a long, strange trip it's been...

Yes, my adoringfollowers, it has indeed come to pass... I am a Master Commando.

And yet, upon reflection, I am still learning the class... I looked at brawler as an annoyance but a neccesary one... I have only recently been reminded (by some excellent posting here) that warcry and intimidate work wonders... I have tried sticking to smuggler and then wound up selling it back for the improved Commando support of Medic... Only to sell Medic down to novice so that I could begin grinding out CH skills... Never wavering from the belief that I would one day wear the proud title 'Master Commando'... I wore the 'Grenadeer' tag and sighed every time someone told me it was misspelled... I kept Ordinance manufacturer up and tried to explain that I didn't make pistols, pawning off the title as the keeper of the schematic for a Howitzer (if only that rare radioactive Kaboomite would spawn)... I added Expert Commando and had someone ask me if I needed an LLC because that was a commando weapon.

I tried the tested tactic of leviasquall killing... I tried the 'send a pet and burn everything in sight' tactic... I even very briefly tried to talk a weaponsmith into making me just one proton grenade (still working on that). I started the path to commando before the flamethrower was a reasonable weapon, I still carry a well-made HAR in the hopes it will be less sucky a weapon in the future, and I remember all too well the first time I threw a desperate grenade and incapacitated myself in the blast radius. I cringed when I saw the cost of a rocket launcher and laughed when I began getting missions appropriate to affording my weapontry.

I have risen to the top of the Commando Tree... and I remember the grind. If any should need training on Flurry, especially those keeping the faith that the HAR will one day work properly, send me a tell...

To the Commando community, I thank you for your excellent support, dedication to a class long-ignored and still in need of work. It is because of my own drive that I became Master, but if not for the people here who answered my questions and explained (sometimes at length) the idiosyncracies of our profession, I may never have punched a lair in the first place. I salute you, and appreciate your sense of humour.

Thank you again,

Lynch, Master Commando of Flurry

Congrats... I find that playing with my leftover points after Master Commando is quite fun.
