Im sure something about this has been posted, but nothing has been done and it is past the level of annoyance. I have been a Master Commando for a while and I really like to lob grenades at my enemies. But why are grenades soooo broken.

- The HAM costs on grenades is too much.

- If I am standing in my "ideal" range while throwing a proton grenade ( or pretty much any 'nade for that matter) I can kiss my sweet commando butt goodbye.

- Grenades are too slow. Really pull a pinand toss ( or push a button and say, "Yato, Yato" if its a Thermal Detanator....) How long does this take?

- Why do grenades miss so much? I am a Master Commando... I am supposed to be an excellent pineapple tosser. Grenades have radius effect do they not? So even when I toss one at a creature not moving from, lets say 12m, how can I miss? Was my 'nade a dud? I mean there is some truth in the old cliche, Almost only counts in horseshoes and Hand grenades...so even if its "close" the inteded target should take some damage.

- Grenades are too difficult to make. This goes more for the advanced nades. I have a VERY hard time finding good quality grenades on my server (Flurry). Very few master WS want to make them becuase they are A. too difficult, B. use high quality resources that could be made to make other guns which more people are going to buy. C. they wont get enough profit from the. So If any WS on Flurry see this let me know where your shop is please...

I know this seems like a rant but as a commando we have this wide variety of weaponry that either gets us killed when we try and use it, or really doesent seem significant at all. Thats why everyone uses Flamethrowers ALL the time. So this is just a few thoughts. Any other suggestions? Complaints? Nerfs?

Yeah, I have completed a ton of combat exp recently and 'nades were a huge factor. That said, they are a pain in the butt and expensive. SOE needs to give us a break and let us use them in a manner consistant with what they are in reality and in the SW movies.

Totally. Been using nades to raise my combat xp quickly and have found they mostly suck but when they do work... **edit**!!! lol I love the buggers! Don't understand how they can miss though... ? Aoe = area of effect or area wide damage. How the hell can you miss?

Grenades should come in packs of 50 not just 5 to be cost-effective for both ws's and commandos.

'Foolish boy. Don't you know anything about Fantasia? It's the world of human fantasy. Every part, every creature of it, is a piece of the dreams and hopes of mankind. Therefor, it has no boundaries.'
'But why is Fantasia dying then?'
'Because people have begun to loose their hopes and forget their dreams. So the nothing grows stronger. It's the emptiness that's left. It's like a despair, destroying this world. And I have been trying to help it.'
'But why?'
'Because people who have no hopes are easy to control. And whoever has control has the power'
