Good day Mr. Smedley,
I realize that it has not been a month as I promised, but I must say that these two incidents are not confidence inspiring:
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=commando&message.id=32235&page=1
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=bounty_hunter&message.id=92616&page=1
The classes in this game have just lost two valuable resources due to the lack of communication. Communication is still poor, there are pending changes that are not being discussed with the correspondents, and the correspondents are still quitting.
While the former Commando correspondent is perhaps more polite than the Bounty Hunter correspondent, the content of the ideas remains the same. Information is not being given to them, much less passed through to us.
Again, I am sorry that this is premature, but it quite naturally gives me cause for concern. Neither of these classes will be helped from this. I can only hope that the correspondents will be replaced quickly.
Also please note that in discussions I have had with the Bounty Hunter correspondent, he does not blame the developers themselves (he actually has sympathy for them as he believes them to be overworked), but blames the management thereof.
I appreciate the time you have given me, and still have strong hopes that the situation can be repaired.
Thank you for your time...
