Just curious, will you be considering picking up the HAR again after the CU? I have some spare krayt tissues I'm considering making into a HAR, right now it definately does suck compared to the FT. Hopefully the LP still gets some use and maybe even give us some pistol specials for it in the skilltree.

I also hope Heavy Weapon CA/AAs gets some lovin.

When I was playing I used to pick up the HAR everyday...to move it from one pile of useless weapons to another!
I fight gnorts with it every once in a while, just to remind myself of my noobie days!

Yeah...hopefully we all wil be picking itup more after the CU...I hope!

Nope, 4 powerhandlers, scope, stock and barrel. So 5 tissues, regular blaster barrel for speed and an imp stock.

Why an adv BRB? A regular BRB has up to -0.85 speed or so, a adv BRB does like -0.4. I'll have to double check on my WS toon shortly if I can log back in.

EDIT: correction, regular BRB -0.45, Adv BRB -0.32.

hey now, with the cu i definitely think the har is going to experience a major push, with armor becoming less board and pwning all. They may pull what they pull now with npcs to imply strategy for commando, making change from our flamethrowers to our HAR to still do dmg in the case of high % heat protection situations. Remember on the battlefield, we're meant to take out atsts and atats. with the removing of blast dmg, i garentee they will be weak against heat and acid, and probably electricity - because thats what they will probably categorize the heavy support weapon blast dmg as, plus this would give BH a field role, besides to fight jedi.

if no jedis are present they can help commandos, seeing that commandos and Bh's are gunna be the few mastries allowed to wear composite armor, i see it

Funny you should ask that, I rarely ever use the LLC, but I got a very nice 3.3 1141 damage one for kicks and had a duel with a mid-level Jedi one day and he was stuck KD'd and I was draining him with scattershot2 with a carbine then finished him off with a 1136 damage shot from lightningsingle2 using my LLC.

I think we'll be seeing more heavy weapons wielders around after the CURB.

We won't know how our weapons will be, let alone which ones will be our new/old favorites, until at least testing begins. Hopefully we'll have reasons to use all of our weapons more frequently.

Personally, if I had any tissues lying around (which I do), I'd put a hold on them until after the CU. The weapon you use them in now, you might change your mind post-CU and regret it. Plus, although the devs haven't said this, there is rumors floating around that both current armor and weapons will converted to the new system, and we don't know yet how that will effect these weapons...

And I'm also sitting on a stock pile of Heavy Weapon CA/AAs in the same hope (since we've been promised some love for them)...

As am I on all those above that garvin mentioned. Dont forget to save up on formfitting stocks just in case those carry over!

i just can't wait for battlefields to be fully operational to get in there and blow stuff up.
