I'm sorry, but thats not true. I got to flamethrower 2 using PBA on lairs. Both PBA and PBS work with Flamethrowers.

any of the non-weapon specific attacks work on them.
They are ranged specials
Basicly anything from novice marksman, master marksman and the ranged support tree can be used with any ranged weapon

Guy is a suspected FS grinder
Plus he spammed the rifleman boards
Doesn't even have the guts to leave his IGN so his guild leader can deal with him (if he truelly is in EXO, which I'm starting to doubt)
