Master Commando (Hasnt been changed in ages)

I have 18 points. Should I go TKA Novice and get some of the technique tree for the Massassi VK we get? Or is something else better

In your position, I would take something that grants you more ranged specials; specifically, ones that have effects you're currently not capable of.

Pistoleer gives me stun damage, as well as specials for my weapons. So what is your template suggestion?

Commando/pistoleer sounds like a fun combo to me. With 18 points left over, I'd say either get a little TKA or a bit of medic to have a slight healing benefit.
