I see some still think that levels are what counts in this game,
A level 80 combat level character, versus a level 65 character does not mean that the lower level looses... quite the oposite in most cases. My best PvP toonI have islevel 65. And it is his skills that define him. Yes he will have less hitpoints (which can be fixed with food/buffs).
In the end this game is still a skillbases game, where the developers added some minor adjustments to the level system. As far as I can see that is only more health and that lower level mobs wont attack you. I love to see that low level characters/people with good pvp skills beat the crap put of level 80s..
This game was never level oriented.. but was forced into to it because of all other online games have it... (and our levels are abit higher then WoW..) But to be honest we dont need these levels as they are, as they mean very little.. in my opinion.

That is for PvP.
In PvE, lvl do mean alot more since then you have the damage modifiers.

Theres different ways to see it.
As a level 80, you probebly have gotten two master professions and possibly more. You get the max health(3000), maximum armor certifications, most powerful abilites in the classes you have chosen, better experience from kills, better level defenses, and such.
With Skill stacking you may not have the 'elite' skills, no complete armor certifs, and all that but get a better variaty of skills. In the health matter, yes you can 'fix' that with food/buffs BUT nothing stops the level 80s from doing the same.
Sure there are some instances where lower levels can beat higher levels, it just depends on the template. EX: My MD/MCM is level 80 but mainly healing. Im sure some level 54s could best me if they played smart. And since levels are based off skills, for the most part, higher levels will beat lower levels.
