Hey all, just thought I'ld let you all know what happened to me instead of just letting a disappearance happen as I know that's really frustrating.


For the past few months, I've been cutting back on the amount of gaming I do. I've never been a power gamer in that I've never stuck to just a single game but the amount of hours I'ld spend a day playing video games a day is rather... embarrasing and quite detrimental to me actually living a life. I'm 21. It's high time I got off my ass and did something with myself. That's why the gaming cutback. The time finally came for me to say goodbye to mmorpgs (which is somewhat amusing since those are the most time consuming games I played). In a moment of testicular fortitude, I uninstalled the mmo's I played (Planetside, Wow, and SWG) and a day later, I reformatted my hdd because it realllllly needed it. You know you need to reformatte when you no longer have a drive c:...


Anyway, I thought you all should know why I disappeared and I won't be coming back. I'm done with mmo's. You all are phenominal people and I enjoyed every moment I was ingame with you all. I'll be raising a beer to Vode Inya. Cheers!

I'm sorry to see you go, man, but I can understand your reasoning.


I hope everything goes well for you, and that we do see you againon down the road in some form or fashion, even if it's just on another forum or whatnot.


I've often thought the same things myself, so I won't try and talk you into staying. But still, I hate to see you go. It was always great being in a group with you on StarSider, or just chatting with you in guildchat. It won't be the same without you, and I mean that. You will be missed.


Take care of yourself, and if someday you ever do change your mind and return, I'm sure Joken will agree with me when I say that Vode Inya will always have a place for you.


Commando isn't just a profession for many of us. It's a state of mind and a matter of heart. Even though you may be leaving, you're still a commando, and you always will be. Remember that, for what it's worth.


I'm honored to have known you, even if it was a relatively brief time.

Sorry to see you go and I wish you the best. Always a sad day to lose a Commando. I enjoyed the short time we had playing together and hope to see you again someday in some form or fashion.

Ack! I forgot about the guildhall... hmm... 11hours to dl and be able to log in again if I reinstall... not good. I've gotta better idea. Check your pm's Joken.
