will it give the changes we commandos have asked for to have a better chance in pvp? The restructuring that was mentioned will classes be getting new skills? The weapon changes, will we finally have a effective weapon other than the FT?

LordS. can you shed some light on what may be happening?

A lot of people are talking about the changes that I guess are coming up, but I don't know anything about them. Would it be possible for someone to please maybe post a link detailing the combat changes? Either forum or official, anything will help.

Thanks to anyone who can do this, or maybe can explain it slighly.

Thats part of the problem. The devs are in essance telling us taht the combat revamp will be the mother of all fixes, all professions will be balanced, weapons will all make sense, specials will work and there will be great joy all around. They have untill now however not quite gotten around to telling us just how they plan to do all this. What is pretty certain is that the ham system will be revamped to a new system where useing specials wont damage you as such, but instead the ham cost of useing a special will tempoarily lower your max value in the stat. The loss will then regen over time (at a much faster rate than normal ham damage regens)

The last i heard they were planning on releaseing publish 8 details a few weeks after publish 7 =/ The problem with the dev is that until it's pushed to the test center they always give out information in crumbs and pieces, and they are never clear about things.
